Justin did an excellent job. He was very efficient and explained thoroughly what he did. The one thing that could improve for this service was the timing established in advance for me. I stayed home from 7 to 11 am, and I was called at about 10:40 am and told that he would be there shortly. I suggest that the service provider could make a phone call first thing in the morning and establish a closer time frame for the service. For example, he could explain that he would be at my home closer to 11 am, and, that would have allowed me to leave my home early, say from 7 to 9 am or even 8 to 10 am.

It is really hard to express in words the level of service that I received. I knew nothing about my site, but Char took the time to show me how to use the site. The turn around time with updates and changes were the same day, and if not, she communicated with me the expected date, and it was completed as stated. She is very patient, and if your like me, “I am a Salesman” I am good at numbers, not websites, but she made me feel comfortable, and did not treat me like the computer illiterate person I am. She is a great, no the greatest, website developer to have on your team. If she was willing, I would buy her company, so I could have her all to myself! :)!! Happy Developing!!

I had a consult with Charra to get my IDX Broker site working right. She helped sort out some setup issues and pointed out a few search options I was missing in the nav menu—stuff I hadn’t even noticed but made a difference. She also shared some good CYA tips for my privacy policy, which I appreciated.

Biggest plus for me was finally getting some styling fixed on the search bar that had been bugging me for a while. I left the session with a much better setup than I had going in. I will recommend Charra to anyone looking for a Real Estate/MLS IDX expert!
