Inkas Group of Companies, a specialized Canadian manufacturer of armoured vehicles, expanded its operations in Toronto with the acquisition of 355 Garyray Dr., a 40,455-square-foot, single-tenant manufacturing facility property located near its facility at 440 Garyray Dr. and a short distance from the company’s primary headquarters at 3605 Weston Road in Toronto’s North York area.

Inkas Group took immediate occupancy following the transaction with the seller, Mirabelli Corp., which sold the building for $14.68 million, or $362.87 per square foot.

The sale was arranged by Lennard Commercial Realty, which represented both sides in this full-cycle transaction, and marked the third time Lennard has transacted this property within the past five years. Lennard previously arranged to sell the asset to Mirabelli Corp, from CanFirst Capital Management, as part of a two-building deal in 2024, and now arranged the successful sale to Inkas Group.
